Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-10 · Effective Oct 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("LinkJunky", "we", "us"), the operator of linkjunky.com, its apps and its API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use LinkJunky

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract and not be barred from using the Service under the laws that apply to you.
  • One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise. Keep your password and access tokens secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Your content

"Your content" means the links, notes, code, collections, tags, profile details and anything else you add.

  • You keep ownership of your content. You confirm you have the right to post it.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, display and transmit your content only to run, secure and improve the Service and in line with the visibility you choose (private, shared with specific people, or public). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that others have legitimately saved or shared before deletion.
  • When you save a link, we may fetch the page's title, description, preview image and similar details to show a preview card. We may also label content automatically (for example, as NSFW) based on signals such as how a page labels itself or known lists of adult sites. You can change these labels on your own items.

3. Public content and sharing

Public items, collections and your public profile can be seen by anyone, indexed by search engines and copied by others. Shared items are visible to the people you share them with. Think before you make something public.

4. Rules

You must follow our Content Policy and all laws that apply to you. In particular, you must not:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or help others do so;
  • try to get around security, rate limits, access controls or password protection, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • send malware, phishing, spam or automated traffic beyond what our API and tools allow;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it.

5. AI assistants and access tokens

You can connect AI assistants and other apps to your account with access tokens. Apps you connect act on your behalf with the access you grant them, and you are responsible for what they do. Revoke a token in Settings to disconnect an app. Third-party apps are governed by their own terms.

6. Third-party links and content

LinkJunky is a place to save links to other websites. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

7. Enforcement

We may label, limit the visibility of, or remove content, and suspend or close accounts, if we reasonably believe they break these Terms or the law, put others at risk, or expose us to legal liability. Where the law requires it and it is safe to do so, we will tell you why and how to appeal. You can close your account at any time from Settings.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; when a change is material we will tell you in advance (for example, by email or in the app) and may ask you to accept the new version to keep using the Service. The version and date at the top of this page tell you which Terms apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost; keep your own copies of anything important.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, LinkJunky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or [AMOUNT AND CURRENCY]. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you will compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, unless the loss was caused by us.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes will be heard by the courts of [JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.

13. General

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
